Cafe Big Mug is a decent cafe but not particularly standout versus its competitors. To start with the drinks, they have usually been fine. The default espresso seems to lean acidic or lighter roast. The one highlight is the Mont Blanc, which I believe is cold brew with a sweet cream foam topping. The combination works well and is more refreshing than you might expect. As far as food, I've tried a few toasts, which are also fine but maybe overpriced for what you're getting. I usually order to-go but I've dined in a few times. The interior is spacious with a decent amount of seating. There's free Wi-Fi so it's not bad for working in. They had a website but it was shut down in August, to be replaced with a set of mobile apps that still don't seem available as of writing. IMO removing the website-based online ordering is a mistake, because there is more consumer friction in downloading an app for just one cafe. (You can still order with DoorDash but you're subject to other fees or weirdness of the platform.)

Got their Tiramisu Latte along with avocado toast for a quick take out. Both were delicious.. I was surprised by how amazing the Tiramisu latte was. Toast was a little pricey but definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Wanted to add the drink I got recently. I got the chai tea latte which tasted nothing like chai--it tasted like a horchata latte LOL. For a horchata latte it wasn't bad but for a chai latte... not good at all. I go here more for the chill vibe and not so much for the drinks. I say skip on the drinks and go for their food instead.

From the outside, this cafe doesn't look like much but it's got a great ambiance inside. There's a small section inside the cafe that sells cute stationary and stickers. Did not expect to spend over $20 in stations try but really glad I did. It was too cute to say no. I got the mint latte which was ok. Philz is better. Matcha cookie with white chocolate was dense and flavor was lacking. Next time id try something else but it seems like I didn't get the right things.

Lately, I've been super busy with studying and Cafe Big Mug has been keeping me a lot of company. The cozy and spacious interior, the quick and kind service, and the outstanding coffee are hard to pass up on when I'm deciding a spot to study in my free time. I personally like their speciality drinks, the Pandan Paradise and the Little Italy. The Little Italy is perfect if you're a fan of Tiramisu drinks, I've had it both iced and hot and loved it. I wish the Pandan Paradise tasted a little more "Pandan-y", but other than that, it's great. I'm hoping to try more of their drinks in the future. If you come here on a weekend, you're likely to see people working, studying, or chatting it up. A great cozy option for your caffeine needs!

Last time we came, we ordered a Little Italy (iced), Americano, and honey toast. The cashier was really friendly and helpful as we were picking out our order. The coffee was decent (better than Starbucks). When I stopped by (early morning, weekday) the place was emptier than other coffee shops nearby. It's a quiet spot with maybe 5-10 tables total. I'll have to try out the savory food next time I'm here!

I was looking for a large coffee shop to get some work done that had plenty of seating and also offered plenty of charging ports. This place did not disappoint! It's tucked away in a small shopping strip but I located their business by checking Yelp! When I walked in a little before 11am it was moderately busy; it was also Labor day so I'm not entirely sure this is the norm for a Monday. I ordered an avo toast and an iced latte with almond milk then made my way over to the large table to begin my work. This large table has a long power strip for charging devices. Score! Just about everyone there was working on work or school work which was the exact vibe I was looking for and just about every table was filled but people would come and go so there was usually a place for someone to sit. I felt the wait time for my order was fair considering the place was full. And I enjoyed my avo toast and latte! I highly recommend their business, especially if you're looking for a place to study or get work done.
